Effective October 5, 2026. These launch terms explain the platform’s limited referral role.
Platform role
Smart Irrigation Management provides technology for request intake, scope planning, and provider referral. It is not the contracting party for independent provider work unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Planning information
Categories, planning ranges, and routing results are informational and may be incomplete. They are not a diagnosis, quote, guarantee, engineering opinion, or promise of availability.
Independent providers
A provider determines the final scope, pricing, schedule, contract terms, warranty, and payment arrangements. Verify that a provider’s credentials and scope are suitable before authorizing work.
Safe use
Do not use the platform as an emergency service. Do not enter unsafe electrical areas, excavations, flooded spaces, or regulated assemblies to gather intake information.
Launch review notice
These operational launch terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for applicable service areas before broad commercial launch. Continued use indicates acceptance of the terms then posted.
